I love to play this game with my 6th grade students. We played the original version at the beginning of the school year so when I found this, I knew we needed it for the classroom. My students and I absolutely love the Halloween Edition and all agree it’s a bit better than the original. The cards are more fun with the characters in costume and the cards are more colorful. I am gifting this to my teacher friend too! Highly recommend!
My kids at school LOVE this game. I already had the regular version and the Christmas version, so I needed one for Halloween!
This game is great: it’s a slap with embedded mini-games and the truth is that it plays well at any type of party. Its rules allow for guaranteed laughs from minute one.
The only thing I would suggest is to buy the normal version (without a special edition of anything) because the design of the images is sometimes confusing (the characters come in costumes, so there are gorillas and pumpkins), but I chose to buy this version because it cost 1/3 of the price of the game in its normal version. It’s up to you if you want to minimally increase the ease of play or pay less than half for the deck.
Simple family card game – younger kids will love it! But save yourself a hassle and find the newer version in the two piece box. This one is in a tuck box and it is hard to get cards in and out.
Fun family game. Stings a little with all the slapping. Cards are a little hard to read if you are used to the original version. Lots of laughs.
